GODS AND SHAMANS
everything you need to know about them
GODS The Gods are a select few horses that really aren't Gods. Instead, those of mortality think they are, due to the fact that no one remembers a time when these horses weren't around, even through the generations. The Gods and Goddesses are immortal horses that reign over the site in terms of looking over the alliances as a superior council, mostly keeping to themselves unless someone of an alliance approaches them and beseeches them for something. RULES » Can only be auditioned for when auditions are open. » They have power over EACH alliance. » They have final say on anything any horse does, even Royals. » They cannot be challenged for their position, since they are not part of the Kingdom. » If they suspect that a Royal or Lead is not taking care of their lands, they can/will replace that horse with someone they think is worthy. » They have the ability to change their appearance. For example, Pandora can choose to appear with her wings or without, with her horn or without. These are the only equines who can do that. » Gods/Goddesses usually tend to stay away from the affairs of the Kingdom and the herds, but can drop by when they wish. I suggest being polite. » They can NOT breed, sorry folks, but they are immortal and god-like equines for a reason. » You can post in the Ebon Castle, but they do not take too kindly to strangers in their home. | SHAMANS The Shamans are the creepiest characters. Shrouded in mystery and eternally feared, Shamans live in the Dark Forest in their slowly crumbling building, keeping to their magic and crafting. They're the ones you'll want to approach if you want anything that needs a touch of magic; twins, successful births, that sort of thing. They're not always pleasant to deal with, however, and can either make or break you. It's a gamble to visit them. RULES » Can only be auditioned for when auditions are open. » Visiting them warrants a gamble. You either get a good thing (what you ask for) or something is much worse if the certain Shaman dealing with you feels like it. You reap what you sow. » While normally leaning towards wanting panic, you may also find a rather nice Shaman if you look hard enough. » Shamans cannot be challenged for their position, but can lose their spot and their powers if deemed unworthy and inactive. » They tend to keep to themselves, hardly ever wandering out of their home. They sometimes do, but it's rare to see them. » Visiting them is limited to once every month, to keep them from being overflooded with guests and requests. This means one PER rp'er a month. » Shamans can breed, but it's extremely rare that they even want to, let alone actually do it. » You can wander into the Dark Forest in a regular rp thread, but be careful, they don't much like visitors that come in for no good reason at all. » They don't bite...hard. |
